BENEFITS  OF  HAVING GREEN TEA  EVERYDAY


Hey everyone,today im going post about the healthy benefits of regularly having atleast a a cup of green tea. The tea is loaded with varoius bioactive compounds that make one healthy. Its more than just green liquid.


1.It is loaded with powerful antioxidants 


These substances can reduce the formation of free radicals in the body, protecting cells and molecules from damage. These free radicals are known to play a role in aging and all sorts of diseases.

Multiple studies show that the catechin compounds in green tea can have various protective effects on neurons in test tubes and animal models, potentally lowering the risk of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s

5. Green Tea Can Kill Bacteria, Which Improves Dental Health and reduces gum Infection


The catechins in green tea may inhibit the growth of bacteria and some viruses. This can lower the risk of infections and lead to improvements in dental health, a lower risk of caries and reduced bad breath.

Lord said:
संनियम्येन्द्रियग्रामं सर्वत्र समबुद्धयः।
ते प्राप्नुवन्ति मामेव सर्वभूतहिते रताः।।12.4।।

12.4 By fully controlling all the organs and always being even-minded, they, engaged in the welfare of all beings, attain Me alone.

12.4 Having restrained all the senses, even-minded everywhere, intent on the welfare of all beings -- verily they also come unto Me.

यो मां पश्यति सर्वत्र सर्वं च मयि पश्यति।
तस्याहं न प्रणश्यामि स च मे न प्रणश्यति।।6.30।।

6.30 One who sees Me in everything, and sees all things in Me-I do not go out of his vision, and he also is not lost to My vision.

Sri Krishna said: The soul can never be cut to pieces by any weapon, nor burned by fire, nor moistened by water, nor withered by the wind.

Ma Karma Phala Hetur Bhur
matey Sangostva Akarmani"


You have the right to perform your actions, but you are not entitled to the fruits of the actions. Do not let the fruit be the purpose of your actions, and therefore you won’t be attached to not doing your duty.

5 SIMPLE WAYS TO DECLUTTER YOUR LIFE


Hey everyone,
This is my first blog post and i hope to start off with a topic that is so essential,yet ignored by most of us. Im going to remind you how we can simplify or declutter our lives. It would not only make us lead a simplified ,peaceful living but lets us maintain a balance.
Here are some of the ways you can declutter your existence


1. Start with what you see around you:

   First and foremost start with the physical space around you.if you see any piles of things or dirty laundry or unkempt bed,get to work now! Organise your closet, your kitchen area,your workdesk Keep a clean surface. Organising your room makes it look good plus gives a good vibe whenever you're there.


2. Learn to say no:

   Yes!learn to say no to unnecessary invites,requests if you know its not what you want to do.Its ok to spend a quiet weekend at home with family or loved ones then attending each and every party.        The point is to maintain self preservation.do think about yourself,your needs,give yourself all the love you wouldnt have time for otherwise.


3. Remove negative thoughts:

   This is very common,everybody says be positive,think positive.but its a powerful process too.just by thinking positive thoughts you give those positive energy a chance to manifest in your life.



4. Follow healthy diet:

   You are what you eat.eat healthy ,maintain a healthy regular diet that you know is best for you.Also do get enough sleep ,depends how much sleep is enough for you but in an average six to seven hours is good.drinking lots of water helps the system too.a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.


5. Appreciate all that you have:

   Learning to be grateful for the loved ones in your life,to be thankful for something that gives you happiness that maybe your job,your family,your skills whatever it could be.do show them that you care ,that they matter to you or work harder to appreciate all that you have been given.
