This is my first blog post and i hope to start off with a topic that is so essential,yet ignored by most of us. Im going to remind you how we can simplify or declutter our lives. It would not only make us lead a simplified ,peaceful living but lets us maintain a balance.
Here are some of the ways you can declutter your existence
1. Start with what you see around you:
First and foremost start with the physical space around you.if you see any piles of things or dirty laundry or unkempt bed,get to work now! Organise your closet, your kitchen area,your workdesk Keep a clean surface. Organising your room makes it look good plus gives a good vibe whenever you're there.2. Learn to say no:
Yes!learn to say no to unnecessary invites,requests if you know its not what you want to do.Its ok to spend a quiet weekend at home with family or loved ones then attending each and every party. The point is to maintain self preservation.do think about yourself,your needs,give yourself all the love you wouldnt have time for otherwise.3. Remove negative thoughts:
This is very common,everybody says be positive,think positive.but its a powerful process too.just by thinking positive thoughts you give those positive energy a chance to manifest in your life.4. Follow healthy diet:
You are what you eat.eat healthy ,maintain a healthy regular diet that you know is best for you.Also do get enough sleep ,depends how much sleep is enough for you but in an average six to seven hours is good.drinking lots of water helps the system too.a healthy body leads to a healthy mind.5. Appreciate all that you have:
Learning to be grateful for the loved ones in your life,to be thankful for something that gives you happiness that maybe your job,your family,your skills whatever it could be.do show them that you care ,that they matter to you or work harder to appreciate all that you have been given.i hope you enjoyed reading this ,do share your views and suggestions in comments below.
